Standards that several teams can live with

In large projects the frontend is rarely one team’s code. I’ve defined UI architecture and coding standards used across several teams, from a master data system built on the CQRS pattern to enterprise design systems, and reviewed neighbouring teams’ work to keep the result consistent.

Reviews and second opinions

Sometimes a team mainly needs an outside view: of an architecture before it’s built, a migration before it starts, or a codebase that has become hard to change. I review, explain what I find and why it matters, and suggest concrete next steps.
